“ I have been here every time I have visited Whangarei. Tonight I asked if they could help me choose and they did not steer me wrong. I had the egg plant curry which was delicious. The service was very kind as well. I feel it is reasonably priced for how much you get, although I know you can get cheaper Indian elsewhere, idk if it’s as good though. ”

“ Delicious, absolutely delicious! I had very generous helpings of kafal chicken, methi paratha and a mango lassi, which I had requested 'not too sweet and runny' please, which the chef was happy to adjust for me. The meal was served with side condiments of their very yummy home made yoghurt and some lime pickle. I was the only person dining in around 5.30pm, but it certainly seemed very popular for takeaways. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider coming back next time I'm in Whangārei. ”
“ Hot goat curry was tasty although it wasn't as spicy as I expected. It had bones, too. Prawn curry was a bit sweet to my liking. Rice was ordinary low-grade and moist, not the usual basmati. Prices are OK; and will definitely go back to try the other dishes. ”
